Inspired by conversations with ChatGPT and projects like Dear Data, the book translates one week of desires, locations, movement, routines, and project time into stitched data systems. Organized through sections on reflection, self-observation, and process, the publication uses French folds, purple as a conceptual baseline color, and hand embroidery to turn invisible habits into tactile records of attention.
